Free New Images Every Day
The Image Player application delivers free images every day of the year on our Image Collector site. You can access the site by clicking on the Image Player icon on the System Tray and selecting the 'New Images' menu item. When it is time for a new image, Image Player will alert you by a flashing icon in your system tray.

Using Image Player
Image Player allows you to create a personalized collection of images which are displayed in a sequence with adjustable time interval on your Desktop and Screen Saver. In addition to this basic function, you can use Image Player to navigate the Web. Once connected to the Internet, select one of the icons visible at the right margin of your desktop or moving around the screen saver to go to the appropriate web site.

Configuring Image Player
To configure the Image Player, double-click on the small Image Player icon on your System Tray. An "Image Player Wallpaper Settings" box appears. The following settings are available:

  • To see the names of your images, double-click on folder names - this expands the folders.
  • To exclude an image or an entire folder from the rotation on both the Wallpaper and the Screen Saver, uncheck the checkbox on the left side of the image name. This does not erase the image.
  • To permanently delete the image or an entire directory from your disk, click the name once to highlight it and click the Delete button.
  • To quickly set the current wallpaper to a specific image, highlight the image name and click the Set Wallpaper button.
  • To add your own image to the rotation, click the Browse button. This will allow you to browse your disk and add any of your JPG files to the My Images folder.
  • The small Image Player icon on your System Tray will periodically flash to remind you that more images are available on our web site. To disable the flashing, check the Stop flashing icon checkbox.
  • When you click on any of the icons or logos which link you to the Image Player or our advertisers, Image Player may remind you to connect to the Internet. To disable these reminders, uncheck the DialUp Reminder checkbox.
  • To adjust the order of image rotation, click one of the radio buttons: Categories Order or Random Order.
  • To change the rotation speed, use the Change After control.
Additional settings applicable to the Screen Saver only can be accessed by right-clicking the small Image Player icon on your System Tray and selecting the Screen Saver Options menu item:
  • To set the rotation speed in the Screen Saver, select the Change screen saver image after interval.
  • To display image names at the top of the Screen Saver, check the Show image name checkbox.
