Make sure first that your video card and monitor support at least High
Color (16 bit). Without this, the colors of our images may be severly
distorted. It is also recommended, although not an absolute
requirement, that your video card and monitor operate with at least
800x600 resolution.

I am having problems downloading. What can I do?
It could be caused by any one of several different reasons. Sometimes
the problem is that the site where the file is located is overloaded or
temporarily offline. Sometimes there are isolated outages on the
internet that aren't the fault of the site itself, but rather a problem
with the interconnection of networks between your computer and the
other site.
We know that it can be a problematic, and we apologize. The best advice
is to try again later. Sporadic outages are usually fixed or restored
quickly.
I've downloaded Image Player, but I don't know where it is.
If you followed the instructions above, there should now be an
IPSetup.exe Shortcut Icon visible on your desktop. If you downloaded
the Image Player to a different directory, you can find it by
searching for it:
- Go to your Start menu, choose Find, and click on Files or Folders.
- In the 'Named' blank, type in IPSetup.exe.
- Click the button 'Find Now'.
If you can't find the file by searching, you will have to download it
again. We recommend that you save the file to your Desktop so that it
is easy to find when it once the download is finished.
I tried to download but it took so long I
canceled.
Please visit our website at www.imageplayer.net and try downloading
again. Most likely there was heavy internet traffic when you tried to
download.
Once Image Player is installed, how do I find
it?
The Image Player Shortcut Icon will be placed on your desktop. In most
cases, you will not need to use. The Image Player is automatically
activated after it is installed, and whenever your PC is rebooted.
I have registered, but the download of IP was interrupted.
How do I reload the IP?
Go here. If your registration was
successful, you will be offered the possibility to download the IP
program. Otherwise, you will be referred to the registration
page.
I have downloaded the Image Player and everything
seemed to be OK. When I revisit the IP site, I am asked to register
again!
Image Player uses 'cookies' (small data chunks saved in a file on your PC)
to indicate that you have registered and downloaded the Image Player.
Browsers save new 'cookies' to disk first at shutdown time. If you turn off
the power on your computer without using the proper shutdown procedure
(Start>Shut down...), cookies may be lost, and you will have to re-register.
